SET-UP & CARE

Please note that your Green Rest® mattress has been compressed, rolled, and packaged for shipping in a process commonly known as bed-in-a-box.

To help prevent structural damage or condensation damage caused by prolonged packaging, it is essential to open your new mattress within four (4) weeks of the delivery date.

To be eligible for the 100-night trial, Comfort Exchange & Return Policy, and Limited Warranty, you must open your new Green Rest® mattress within four (4) weeks of receiving it.

Please note that any exchange or return request will not be accepted after 100 days from the date of delivery.

UNBOXING AND SETTING UP YOUR NEW GREEN REST® MATTRESS

The Green Rest® mattress is made with high-quality, heavy materials. Some models are equipped with a heavy pocket-coil system and 100% natural latex foam.

Due to the mattress weight, moving the Green Rest® box alone may cause injury. We strongly recommend that you do not lift or move the mattress box without assistance.

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1:
Carry your new mattress to the desired room with assistance.

Step 2:
Carefully open the mattress box.

Avoid using a knife or sharp object, as this may accidentally cut or damage the mattress inside the box.

Once the box is opened, carefully slide the mattress out.

Step 3:
Place the new mattress on your bed or foundation while it is still rolled up and wrapped in plastic film.

Use the V-Knife provided by Green Rest® to carefully and slowly cut through the wrapping film.

Once the plastic film is removed, the mattress will begin expanding immediately.

Make sure the mattress is in the correct position before cutting the outside plastic, as it may become difficult to move after it starts expanding.

EXPANSION TIME

Your new mattress will fully expand within minutes to hours, allowing you to enjoy it the same day.

After a few nights of sleep, your body will begin adjusting to the comfort and support of your new Green Rest® mattress.
