HOW LONG DOES HOME DELIVERY TAKE?

Green Rest Mattress® works with FedEx and UPS to help ensure secure delivery of your mattress.

Your mattress will be delivered to your front door or another designated location where you normally receive packages.

After your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Each Green Rest mattress is handcrafted to order by trained professionals and shipped directly from the Green Rest factory in Florida, USA.

DOES GREEN REST® SHIP MATTRESSES ANYWHERE?

Green Rest Mattress® offers free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Green Rest can also deliver to many locations with a valid mailing address, depending on the destination and available carrier service.

Standard shipping costs may apply based on your region.

DOES GREEN REST® SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes. Green Rest’s delivery partners can ship to Canada when a valid mailing address is provided.

Please note that delivery to Canada may take additional time, and shipping fees may apply depending on the region.

SETUP AND CARE

HOW IS THE GREEN REST® MATTRESS SHIPPED?

The Green Rest® mattress is shipped compressed, rolled, and packaged in a bed-in-a-box style.

To help prevent structural or condensation damage caused by prolonged packaging, it is important to unbox your new mattress within four weeks of delivery.

To qualify for the 100-night trial, the Comfort Exchange and Return Policy, and the warranty, you must open your new mattress immediately after receiving it.

HOW DO I UNBOX AND SET UP MY NEW GREEN REST® MATTRESS?

Green Rest mattresses are made with high-quality, heavy materials. Some models include heavy pocket-coil systems and 100% natural latex foam.

Because of the mattress weight, moving the Green Rest® box alone may cause injury. We strongly recommend having help when lifting or moving the mattress box.

Setup instructions:

Step one:
Carry your new mattress to the desired room with assistance.

Step two:
Carefully open the mattress box. Avoid using a knife or sharp object, as this could accidentally cut or damage the mattress.

After opening the box, slide the mattress out.

Step three:
Place the rolled mattress on your bed or foundation while it is still wrapped in plastic.

Use the V-Knife provided by Green Rest® to carefully and slowly cut through the wrapping film.

Once the plastic film is removed, the mattress will begin expanding immediately.

Make sure the mattress is positioned correctly before cutting the outside plastic, as it may become difficult to move after it starts expanding.

Your new mattress will fully expand within minutes to hours and can usually be enjoyed the same day.

DOES THE GREEN REST® MATTRESS NEED TO BE ROTATED?

Yes. Rotating your mattress is important for comfort and may help prolong its lifespan.

Green Rest® mattresses are designed to adapt to the body’s contours during the first few weeks of use.

To help prevent excessive body impressions, follow these rotation guidelines:

- Rotate your new mattress after the first month of use, approximately 30 days.
- Rotate it again after three months of use.
- Continue rotating the mattress every three months.

DOES THE GREEN REST® MATTRESS NEED A BOX SPRING OR FOUNDATION?

Green Rest® mattresses are heavy and require proper support.

Although some people prefer to place a mattress directly on the floor or on a flat platform, Green Rest recommends using one of the following:

- A proper platform bed
- A wooden box spring with a sturdy bed frame
- A solid mattress foundation

For Queen, King, and California King mattresses, the bed frame system should have a minimum of six legs.

Using inadequate support may void the 100-night trial and the mattress warranty.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY GREEN REST® MATTRESS?

Green Rest strongly recommends using a 100% waterproof mattress protector from the first day of use.

This helps protect your investment and helps keep your warranty valid.

Certain cleaning products can damage the mattress fabric and internal materials. Improper cleaning may also lead to mold growth or other damage, which could void the mattress warranty.

For best results, avoid harsh chemicals and always follow the care instructions provided with your mattress.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, TRIAL AND WARRANTY

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind or make an error during checkout, you may cancel your mattress order within 24 hours of purchase through the Green Rest website or by contacting customer service.

After the first 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY MATTRESS?

To begin a return, you must wait at least 30 nights from the delivery date and provide proof of regular use.

This 30-night waiting period allows your body time to adjust to the new mattress.

WHY DO I NEED TO WAIT 30 NIGHTS BEFORE RETURNING MY MATTRESS?

The 30-night adjustment period allows you to properly experience the mattress before deciding whether it is right for you.

HOW LONG IS THE GREEN REST® MATTRESS WARRANTY?

Each Green Rest® mattress is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
