LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Green Rest Mattress® recognizes the important role that deep sleep plays in overall well-being.

For this reason, Green Rest Mattress® has engineered an innovative mattress designed to inspire healthier sleep habits and provide long-lasting comfort and support.

Our high-quality mattresses are affordably priced and manufactured with premium, eco-friendly materials, reflecting our commitment to comfort, wellness, quality, and a healthier future.

We take pride in the quality, design, and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that issues may arise.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers your new Green Rest® mattress against eligible manufacturing defects, faulty workmanship, and material defects, subject to the terms and limitations described in this document.

NON-TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable.

It applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the mattress from the Green Rest Mattress® website or from an authorized Green Rest® retailer.

Purchases made through Amazon, other marketplace platforms, unauthorized sellers, resale channels, or secondhand sources may be subject to different or additional terms and conditions, or may not be eligible for this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Please review the terms and conditions of this Limited Lifetime Warranty carefully for important information about your new product.

DEFINITIONS

Throughout this Limited Lifetime Warranty:

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Green Rest Mattress®.

The terms “Green Rest Mattress®,” “Green Rest® products,” and “Green Rest® mattresses” refer to Green Rest Mattress LLC.

The terms “you,” “your,” “buyer,” “customer,” and “original purchaser” refer to the original purchaser of the product.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

We recommend storing your proof of purchase documents in a safe place.

Your invoice or sales receipt, showing your name as the original purchaser, serves as proof of purchase and is required to validate Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser named on the invoice or purchase receipt.

If the original purchaser sells, gives away, transfers, or otherwise changes ownership of the mattress, this Limited Lifetime Warranty becomes void.

PERSONAL USE ONLY

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only when the mattress is purchased for personal consumer use.

This warranty does not apply to mattresses purchased for resale, commercial use, institutional use, hotel use, motel use, rental use, or any other non-personal consumer purpose unless otherwise stated in writing by Green Rest Mattress®.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Green Rest® mattresses have helped many customers improve their sleep quality, comfort, and overall sleep experience.

However, Green Rest® products are not medical devices and should not replace guidance, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or recommendations from licensed medical professionals.

If you have health concerns, medical conditions, pain, allergies, sleep disorders, or any other health-related concerns, please consult your physician or another licensed healthcare provider.

Green Rest® does not claim that its products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or relieve any disease, health condition, pain condition, allergy, sleep disorder, or medical issue.

Because each person is different, product effectiveness and comfort may vary among individuals, even among those with similar physical conditions or characteristics.

Green Rest® is not liable for any misinterpretation, misuse, or improper use of information provided on the website, in product materials, or during in-store presentations.

Green Rest® is also not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, action, treatment decision, or result arising directly or indirectly from any information or referenced sources.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR GREEN REST® MATTRESS

Green Rest® strongly recommends using a 100% waterproof mattress protector from the first day of use.

Using a waterproof mattress protector helps safeguard your investment and helps keep your warranty valid.

Certain cleaning products can damage the mattress fabric, foam, cover, and internal materials.

Improper cleaning may also lead to mold growth, stains, fabric damage, fluid penetration, or other damage.

Any of these issues may void your mattress warranty.

To protect your mattress:

- Use a 100% waterproof mattress protector from day one.
- Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Avoid soaking the mattress.
- Avoid steam cleaning unless specifically approved by Green Rest®.
- Keep the mattress dry and clean.
- Follow all care instructions provided with your product.

BREAK-IN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD

It is important to understand that your body may need time to adjust to a new mattress.

Over the years, your old mattress may have deteriorated, creating a depression where you sleep and possibly affecting your spinal alignment.

A new mattress may feel different because it is designed to provide proper support and help position the spine more naturally.

The adjustment period for a new mattress can vary significantly from person to person. Some customers may adjust within a few days, while others may need several weeks.

Your body needs time and patience to adapt to the new mattress. It may not feel fully comfortable immediately, especially while the materials soften, settle, and adjust to your body.

The materials in your new Green Rest® mattress are designed to be strong, flexible, supportive, and, in some cases, initially firm.

This gives the mattress an elastic and supportive feel while helping provide proper back support.

Think of it like a new pair of shoes. They may feel uncomfortable at first, but with use, they become more flexible and adapt to your feet.

Similarly, your new Green Rest® mattress may not feel perfect right away, but it is designed to adjust to your body over time.

We recommend sleeping on your new Green Rest® mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adapt during this transition period.

Although some customers may notice comfort improvements quickly, others may take weeks or even longer to feel fully comfortable in their new bed.

For this reason, it is important not to judge the mattress based only on the first few nights of sleep.

ROTATING YOUR MATTRESS

Rotating your mattress is important for comfort and may help prolong its lifespan.

The Green Rest® mattress is designed to adapt to your body’s contours during the first few weeks of use without sagging.

To help prevent excessive body impressions, please follow these rotation guidelines:

- Rotate your new mattress after the first month of use, approximately 30 days.
- Rotate it again after three months of use.
- Continue rotating the mattress every three months.

TRANSPORTATION AND SHIPMENT

Green Rest Mattress® has partnered with FedEx and UPS to help ensure the secure delivery of your mattress.

Your mattress will be delivered to your front door or to another designated location where you regularly receive packages.

Your order will be shipped via ground transportation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number on the next business day after your order is placed.

Each Green Rest® mattress is carefully handcrafted to order by our skilled team of professionals and shipped directly from our factory located in the beautiful state of Florida, USA.

ORDER AND SHIPPING TIMELINE

Day One:
Your order is received.

Day Two:
Your mattress is produced.

Day Three:
Your mattress is ready for UPS or the delivery partner to collect.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Please allow approximately 4 to 10 business days for the estimated delivery date.

Please note that products from the same order may arrive on different days, depending on the distance from our warehouse and the delivery carrier’s schedule.

Green Rest Mattress® cannot provide warranty coverage or process exchanges, returns, or refunds for any mattress or accessory if there is evidence of damage, physical abuse, neglect, misuse, improper care, or unsanitary conditions.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Improper environmental conditions
- Blood stains
- Bodily fluids
- Other fluids
- Stains
- Soiling
- Folds
- Unsanitary conditions
- Torn areas
- Footprints
- Spotted or splotchy surfaces
- Smudges
- Fluid penetration
- Scratches
- Tears
- Burns
- Cuts
- Evidence of rodent damage
- Evidence of insect damage
- Infestation
- Smoke odor
- Signs of jumping on the bed
- Damage from weather exposure
- Damage from sun exposure
- Dirt of unknown origin
- Dirt of unknown nature
- Any other condition showing misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care

Any of the conditions listed above may result in damage that invalidates your warranty.

Legal regulations may vary by state, and you may have specific rights under applicable state law.

FIRE SAFETY NOTICE

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR NEW MATTRESS IS NOT FIRE-PROOF.

Your new Green Rest® mattress complies with fire safety standards established by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission when used independently or with a foundation specified on the federal law tag attached to the mattress.

Compared to older mattresses, your new mattress may burn more slowly and less intensely if ignited, providing more time to escape from the room.

However, no mattress is fire-proof.

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE

- DO NOT smoke in bed. Smoking in bed is a common cause of fatal fires.
- DO keep matches and lighters out of the reach of children.
- DO NOT use candles on or around your bed.
- DO keep space heaters away from your bed and other flammable items.
- DO NOT run electrical cords under your mattress.
- DO NOT trap electrical cords between the mattress and a wall.
- DO NOT place lamps where they could fall onto the bed.

IN CASE OF FIRE, EXIT THE BUILDING IMMEDIATELY AND CALL 911.

YOUR NEW GREEN REST® MATTRESS IS COVERED BY A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Please carefully read the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty to understand the conditions that apply to your product.

This will help you take the necessary precautions if you need a repair, return, or replacement.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable.

It applies exclusively to your new Green Rest® mattress and covers eligible manufacturing defects, faulty workmanship, and material defects.

The warranty begins on the original delivery date of your mattress.

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser listed on the invoice or purchase receipt.

This warranty is intended for personal consumer use only and not for resale.

To request a repair or replacement, the buyer must present the original invoice or purchase receipt to verify:

- Purchase date
- Purchase price
- Original mattress model name
- Original purchaser name

Your name must appear as the original purchaser.

To be eligible for this warranty, you must be the original purchaser of the Green Rest® mattress, and the mattress must have been purchased from Green Rest® or an authorized dealer.

Purchases made through authorized retailers may be subject to different or additional terms and conditions.

WARRANTY VALIDITY CONDITIONS

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only under the following conditions:

- Warranty coverage begins on the original delivery date of the mattress.
- The law tag must remain attached to the mattress.
- The law tag must not be removed, altered, or damaged.
- The law tag is required to identify the mattress and validate warranty eligibility.
- If replacement is necessary, the replacement will be another mattress of the same size and model as the original mattress purchased, unless the model has been discontinued.
- If identical materials are not available for repair or replacement, Green Rest® reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.
- Any replacement mattress will be of comparable quality and size to the original mattress purchased.
- Any implied warranties related to this product will not exceed the duration of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
- Green Rest® reserves the right to repair or replace the mattress if it is proven to be defective due to normal use, manufacturing defects, or faulty workmanship.
- This Limited Lifetime Warranty will not be renewed or extended if your mattress is repaired or replaced under this warranty.

WHAT THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the following items during normal use, provided the mattress has been properly supported, handled, and cared for:

- Any eligible physical flaw in the memory foam, latex foam, or polyurethane foam that causes it to split or crack in the cell structure under normal usage conditions and proper handling.

- Any eligible deterioration that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1.5 inches, provided the indentation is not associated with an improper or unsupportive bed frame, box spring, foundation, adjustable base, or flat platform.

- A visible indentation greater than 1.5 inches that can be seen with the naked eye when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress.

- Eligible manufacturing defects in the mattress cover, such as fabric tearing, stitching unraveling, or cosmetic damage that affects the mattress’s performance.

- The outer mattress fabric cover is warranted for one year.

To maintain warranty validity, a sturdy foundation must consistently support the weight of the mattress and its users.

FOUNDATION AND BED FRAME REQUIREMENTS

A proper bed frame must provide sturdy support for the mattress and foundation.

The support system must include adequate center support.

Minimum support requirements:

Queen, King, and California King mattresses:
At least six legs.

Twin and Full mattresses:
At least four legs.

Green Rest® reserves the right to require the buyer to provide proof of the quality and suitability of the foundation, box spring, bed frame, adjustable base, or platform used with the mattress.

Failure to use a proper foundation, bed frame, box spring, flat platform, or adjustable base capable of supporting the mattress and its users may invalidate this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

SERVICE REFUSAL AND WARRANTY INVALIDATION

Green Rest Mattress® reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Lifetime Warranty upon inspection if the mattress is found to be in an unsanitary condition or if product failure is due to causes other than defective materials or faulty workmanship.

WHAT THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

- Comfort preference.
- Bed height.
- Changes in firmness preference.
- Normal changes in softness of pressure-relieving materials, including latex foam, memory foam, and polyurethane foam, when such changes do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
- Mattress handles, as they are intended only for positioning the mattress or box spring and are not designed to support the full weight of the mattress.
- Mattresses without a law tag.
- Mattresses with removed, altered, or damaged law tags.
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
- Damage caused by neglect.
- Damage caused by improper environmental conditions.
- Mattresses that are not rotated as required.
- Body impressions less than 1.5 inches.
- Body impressions or indentations caused by misuse, abuse, improper foundation, improper bed frame, or other factors unrelated to a product defect.
- Damage to the zippered mattress cover due to improper care.
- Flaws in the zipper or seams caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Tearing of the mattress cover fabric caused by misuse or improper care.
- Removal of the mattress cover.
- Bedding used in hotels, motels, rental properties, or institutional facilities.
- Bedding sold “as is.”
- Floor samples.
- Products purchased from secondhand parties.
- Products purchased from non-retail establishments.
- Products received as promotional items.
- Compatibility with specific bed sheet sizes.
- Damage caused by using an incorrect bed frame.
- Damage caused by inappropriate or unsupportive foundations.
- Physical abuse or damage to the mattress, foundation, box spring, structure, or fabric cover.
- Burns.
- Cuts.
- Tears.
- Stains.
- Spots.
- Fluid penetration.
- Matching the mattress fabric cover with the box spring fabric cover.
- Damage caused by an inappropriate or incorrect bed frame, box spring, foundation, adjustable base, or flat platform.
- Damage caused by using a support system that does not support the weight of the mattress and its users.
- Items that have been laundered.
- Mattresses without law tags.
- Customized products.
- Custom designs.
- Custom sizes.
- Custom shapes.
- Custom colors.
- Custom fabrics.
- Special-order mattresses.
- Sheets.
- Blankets.
- Pillows.
- Mattress protectors.
- Power bases.
- Adjustable bases.
- Accessories.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Specially customized products are non-refundable and may not be eligible for warranty, return, exchange, or refund unless otherwise required by law.

Customized products include, but are not limited to:

- Custom mattress designs
- Custom sizes
- Custom shapes
- Custom colors
- Custom fabrics
- Special-order mattresses
- Sheets
- Blankets
- Pillows
- Mattress protectors
- Power bases
- Adjustable bases
- Other accessories

UNSANITARY CONDITIONS AND DAMAGE

Green Rest Mattress® reserves the right to refuse service and void this Limited Lifetime Warranty if the product is found to be in unsanitary condition upon inspection.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Items that have been laundered
- Improper environmental conditions
- Blood stains
- Bodily fluids
- Other stains
- Soiling
- Torn areas
- Worn areas
- Smudges
- Fluid penetration
- Scratches
- Tears
- Burns
- Cuts
- Rodent damage
- Insect damage
- Infestation
- Smoke odor
- Signs of jumping on the bed
- Weather damage
- Sun exposure
- Unknown dirt
- Unknown liquid penetration
- Abuse not related to defective materials or workmanship

Any of these conditions may result in damage that invalidates your warranty.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

All products must be returned in suitable packaging.

All returned products must include a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt.

The returned mattress must be fully functional and free from physical damage, stains, abuse, neglect, or unsanitary conditions.

All returns are limited to one mattress per consumer, household, and home address.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty will not be renewed or extended after any mattress repair or replacement.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for all packing and transportation costs related to repair, replacement, return, or warranty service, if applicable.

The customer may also be responsible for:

- Inspection fees
- Removal costs
- Shipping costs
- Transportation costs
- Repackaging costs
- Any costs related to the repaired or replaced mattress

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

All products must be returned in appropriate packaging with a copy of the original invoice or purchase receipt.

You are responsible for the packing cost.

The purchaser is responsible for all transportation, inspection, and removal costs related to the repaired or replaced mattress.

HOW THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY OPERATES

A Limited Lifetime Warranty means you can sleep peacefully knowing that your new Green Rest® mattress is warranted against eligible manufacturing defects caused by faulty workmanship or material defects, according to the terms of this warranty.

WARRANTY TERMS

- This warranty is valid for the eligible lifespan of the mattress.
- Warranty coverage is limited to personal consumer use.
- The warranty becomes void if the original purchaser sells, gives away, transfers, or otherwise changes ownership of the mattress.
- The warranty is not transferable.
- The warranty is not renewed or extended after repair or replacement.

REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT TERMS

Years 1 through 3:
Green Rest® will provide eligible repairs or replacements at no cost to the buyer, subject to warranty eligibility.

Years 4 through 8:
Eligible repairs or replacements will be provided at 50% of the prevailing retail price on the repair or replacement service date.

Years 9 through 15:
Eligible repairs or replacements will be provided at 65% of the prevailing retail price on the repair or replacement service date.

After Year 16:
Eligible repairs or replacements will be provided at 85% of the prevailing retail price on the repair or replacement service date.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Purchases made through Amazon or other marketplace platforms may be subject to different or additional terms and conditions.

The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs and other applicable costs related to the repaired or replaced mattress.

RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW

This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights.

You may also have additional rights that vary from state to state based on each state’s laws.

In some states, limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts may not be allowed, so certain limitations in this warranty may not apply to you.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser from Green Rest Mattress® or its authorized dealers.

Any applicable implied warranties shall not exceed the duration of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, unless otherwise required by law.

No express or implied warranties apply to anyone who purchases the product from any source other than Green Rest Mattress® or its authorized dealers.

For the health and safety of those handling the mattress for disposal, Green Rest® reserves the right to refuse inspection or warranty assessment if there is evidence of damage, abuse, neglect, or unsanitary condition.

MAKING A CLAIM

To make a valid claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must contact Green Rest® customer service at:

Your claim must include a brief description of the defect and how it affects the mattress’s performance.

You must also provide proof of purchase showing:

- Date of purchase
- Original purchaser name
- Mattress model
- That you are the original purchaser
- That you still own and possess the mattress

REQUIRED CLAIM DOCUMENTATION

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

- A copy of the original invoice or purchase receipt.
- A brief written description of the defect.
- A description of how the defect affects mattress performance.
- Photographic evidence of the law tag.
- Proof that the law tag remains attached to the mattress.
- Proof that the law tag has not been altered.
- Clear photos of the alleged defect.
- Any additional documentation requested by Green Rest®.

INSPECTION AND COOPERATION

Green Rest® may request additional photographs, documents, or information.

Green Rest® may also send a representative or independent inspector to inspect the mattress before accepting the claim.

Inspection may be at the customer’s expense.

Your warranty may be void if you do not cooperate with the investigation, fail to provide requested information, or fail to comply with the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

GOVERNING LAW

This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall be governed by the laws of Orange County and the State of Florida.
