Our mattresses are designed to provide comfort, support, durability, and a healthier sleep experience.
At Green Rest®, every customer is treated as part of our family, and we want our family to enjoy well-deserved, healthy sleep every night.
Thank you for choosing our product. We take pride in offering you a 100-night trial through our Comfort Exchange & Return Policy, created to help protect your investment and give you confidence in your purchase.
Please read the terms and conditions of this policy carefully.
IMPORTANT POLICY TERMS
The 100-night trial starts on the date your product is delivered.
This policy is not transferable.
Only one mattress may be returned per household and home address.
Returns are valid only for the original purchase.
The customer must be the original purchaser and must have their name on the invoice or receipt.
The mattress must be purchased for personal use and not for resale.
No exchange, return, or refund claim will be granted after 100 nights from the delivery date.
Customized products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged once ordered.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Customized products cannot be returned, canceled, refunded, or exchanged once they have been ordered.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom designs
- Custom colors
- Custom sizes
- Custom shapes
- Custom fabrics
- Special-order products
- Any product made specifically for the customer
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please keep your proof of purchase in a safe place.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty validation, comfort exchange requests, return requests, and refund claims.
To qualify, the customer must provide valid documentation showing:
- The date of purchase
- The delivery date
- The original purchaser’s name
- The product purchased
- That the claimant still possesses the mattress
WARRANTY AND TRIAL COVERAGE
The 100-night trial, Comfort Exchange & Return Policy, and Limited Lifetime Warranty apply only to eligible Green Rest® mattresses purchased by the original purchaser.
Key coverage details:
- The warranty starts on the delivery date.
- The policy covers eligible manufacturing defects.
- The policy covers faulty craftsmanship.
- The policy covers eligible material defects.
- The original purchaser’s name must appear on the invoice or receipt.
- The product must be for personal use only.
- The policy does not apply to resale purchases.
- No exchange, return, or refund claim will be granted after 100 nights from the delivery date.
PURCHASE AND LOCATION LIMITATIONS
To be eligible for the Green Rest® warranty and 100-night trial policy, you must be the original purchaser with your name on the invoice.
Additional terms include:
- Purchases from third-party marketplaces may have different terms.
- Warranty and trial policies apply only to eligible products sold in the United States.
- Returns must be made from within the United States.
- The customer must follow all instructions in this policy.
- The customer must provide all requested documentation.
- The customer must cooperate with Green Rest® during the claim review process.
UNBOXING REQUIREMENT
The Green Rest® mattress is shipped compressed, rolled, and packaged in a bed-in-a-box style.
To help prevent structural damage or condensation damage caused by prolonged packaging, you must unbox your new mattress within four weeks of delivery.
To qualify for the 100-night trial, Comfort Exchange & Return Policy, and warranty coverage, you must open your new mattress immediately after receiving it.
BREAK-IN AND ADJUSTMENT PERIOD
It is important to understand that your body may need time to adjust to a new mattress.
Over the years, your old mattress may have deteriorated and created a depression where you sleep. This may have affected your spine alignment and sleeping posture.
A new mattress can feel different because it is designed to support your body more properly.
The adjustment period can vary from person to person. Some customers may adjust within a few days, while others may need several weeks.
Your body needs time and patience to adapt to the new mattress. The mattress may not feel fully comfortable immediately, especially while the materials are softening, settling, and adapting to your body.
The materials in your new mattress are designed to be strong, flexible, and supportive. In some models, certain materials may initially feel firm or rigid. This is normal and helps provide proper back support.
Think of it like a new pair of shoes. They may feel uncomfortable at first, but they become more flexible and adapt to your feet with use.
Similarly, your new Green Rest® mattress may not feel perfect right away, but it is designed to adjust to your body over time.
MINIMUM 30-NIGHT USE REQUIREMENT
We recommend sleeping on your new Green Rest® mattress for at least 30 nights before deciding whether it is right for you.
This adjustment period allows your body to adapt to the new sleep surface.
Although some customers may notice comfort improvements quickly, others may take several weeks to feel fully comfortable.
To start a return or exchange claim, you must wait at least 30 nights after delivery and provide proof of regular use.
COMFORT EXCHANGE & RETURN CLAIM
We understand the importance of finding the right mattress for your comfort and sleep needs.
That is why Green Rest® offers a Comfort Exchange & Return Policy during the 100-night trial period.
From the day you start your exchange or return claim, we will work with you to help determine the best available solution under this policy.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS AFTER 100 NIGHTS
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted after 100 nights from the delivery date.
Claims submitted after the 100-night period will not be accepted.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for all packing and shipping costs related to the return or exchange.
The customer is also responsible for any transportation costs, inspection fees, removal costs, or other costs related to the repair, replacement, return, or exchange of the product, if applicable.

All returned products must be sent in suitable packaging.
The customer must include a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt.
The returned mattress must be fully functional and free from physical damage, stains, abuse, neglect, or unsanitary conditions.
REFUND PROCESS
Once Green Rest® receives the returned product, the mattress will be inspected.
If the product does not qualify for a refund, Green Rest® will notify the customer.
If the return is approved, Green Rest® will initiate the refund to the original payment method or the credit card used for the purchase.
Depending on the card issuer’s policies, the refund may take approximately 7 to 14 business days to appear.

CONDITIONS THAT MAY VOID WARRANTY, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS
Green Rest Mattress® cannot provide warranty coverage or process exchanges, returns, or refunds for any mattress or accessory if there is evidence of damage, physical abuse, neglect, improper use, or unsanitary condition.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Improper environmental conditions
- Blood stains
- Bodily fluids
- Other fluids
- Stains
- Soiling
- Folds
- Unsanitary conditions
- Torn areas
- Footprints
- Spotted or splotchy surfaces
- Smudges
- Fluid penetration
- Scratches
- Tears
- Burns
- Cuts
- Evidence of rodent damage
- Evidence of insect damage
- Infestation
- Smoke odor
- Signs of jumping on the bed
- Damage from weather exposure
- Damage from sun exposure
- Dirt of unknown origin
- Dirt of unknown nature
- Any other condition showing misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care
Any of the above conditions may result in damage that invalidates the warranty, return, exchange, or refund eligibility.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INSPECTION LIMITATION
For the health and safety of those who handle or inspect mattresses, Green Rest® may refuse to inspect a mattress or assess warranty coverage if there is evidence of an unsanitary condition.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Damage
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Blood stains
- Bodily fluid stains
- Soiling of unknown origin
- Liquid penetration
- Infestation
- Smoke odor
- Other unsafe or unsanitary conditions
MAKING A CLAIM
To make a valid claim under this Return and Refund Policy, the customer must contact Green Rest® customer service at:

The claim must include a brief written description explaining the defect and how it affects the mattress performance.
The customer must also provide valid proof showing:
- The date of purchase
- That the claimant is the original purchaser
- That the claimant still possesses the mattress
- That the mattress qualifies under this policy
REQUIRED CLAIM DOCUMENTATION
To submit a claim, the customer must provide:
- A copy of the invoice or purchase receipt
- A written description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the mattress law tag
- Proof that the law tag remains attached to the mattress
- Proof that the law tag has not been altered
- Clear photos showing the alleged defect
- Any additional photos or documents requested by Green Rest®
All requested documentation must be sent to:

The customer is responsible for submitting the claim with sufficient supporting documentation.
INSPECTION RIGHTS
At its sole discretion, Green Rest® reserves the right to request additional photographs, further information, written descriptions, or supporting documentation.
Green Rest® may also require a representative or independent mattress inspector to physically inspect the mattress before accepting a claim under this Comfort Exchange & Return Policy.
Inspection costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Green Rest® may void your Comfort Exchange & Return Policy if you refuse to cooperate with the investigation, fail to respond adequately to requests, or fail to comply with any provision of this policy.
RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW
This Comfort Exchange & Return Policy gives you specific legal rights.
You may also have other rights that vary from state to state, depending on applicable state laws.
This Comfort Exchange & Return Policy is extended only to the original purchaser from Green Rest® or its authorized dealers.
The duration of any applicable implied warranties shall not exceed the term of this Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
GOVERNING LAW
This Comfort Exchange & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of Orange County and the State of Florida.
